Tournament Reimbursement -
Due to budget constraints, the maximum reimbursement will be $195
There are 2 ways to pay for a tournament. Your Choice.
- You pay for the tournament directly and send the tournament information to barnesrs@comcast.net for reimbursement. You will be reimbursed by St Joan of Arc CYO.
- Send whom to make the check made payable to.
- Address, City, Zip
- Tournament Information
- Your team number (either St Joans or TriValley)
- OR, send the tournament information to barnesrs@comcast.net. St Joan of Arc CYO will send in the registration fee on your behalf. Please allow St Joan of Arc CYO ample time to do this.
Tournament information needed:
- Name of the Tournament
- Address of the Tournament
- Name of the Tournament Director or Contact Person
- Tournament Phone Number or Email address
- Date of the Tournament
- Cost of the Tournament
- Check made payable to:
- Deadline to send in check
- Your team number (either St Joans or TriValley)
Remember St. Joan of Arc CYO will pay for only one tournament for your team.
Any other tournament that your team participates in, the tournament fee will be your teams responsibility.
CYO rules says you may only participate in 4 tournaments during a season
